TO: Members of the University of Minnesota, Crookston Faculty
RE: Order Denying Motion for Denying Summary Judgment
We have received a copy of the Order Denying Plaintiffs Motion for Summary Judgment by Harry Seymour Crump, Judge of District Court. The order confirms that the University of Minnesota Board of Regents is not obligated to apply the terms of the existing collective bargaining agreement with the University of Minnesota, Duluth faculty to the University of Minnesota, Crookston faculty.
As a result of the
dismissal, we consider the litigation process on this issue concluded.
The
